2. Consultation
Initial ideas are discussed and we clarify the scope of work. We will also take measurements and photos of your space. To align both parties, we will be sending you an agreement which will outline the contract and costs.

We will create a concept document which includes mood boards and initial floor planning for you to review. We will discuss your home’s flow and start to map out specific areas in more detail.

4. Finish & Fixture Selection
We will select flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, paints, doors, hardware, appliances, and lighting - all products that will be presented to you with samples and preliminary pricing. This is documented so we can tell the contractor what goes where!

This package includes specification sheets and drawings. Examples of what are included are: building elevations, sections, floor plans, lighting plan, millwork details as needed. These documents are given to potential builders and trades to provide you with accurate bids.

6. Permits, Tendering and Project Administration
We assist in connecting with builders in your area to complete the work, submit drawings for permitting, and be there to support the project through to successful completion.
